Return & Refund Policy

At Fonso Toronto, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we can accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds, so please read through carefully.


1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging with all tags intact

  • Free from any signs of damage or alteration

We are unable to accept returns on products that do not meet these conditions.


2. Final Sale Items – Non-Returnable

Please note that the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Discounted items (SALE OR CLOSING SALE)

  • Underwear (including panties, boxers, bras, etc.)

  • Hosiery and tights

  • Cosmetics and personal care products

  • Customized or personalized items

If an item is listed under the "CLOSING SALE" OR "SALE" category at the time of purchase, it is non-returnable.


3. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change! You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this time, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • PayPal Orders: Cancellations are only accepted for PayPal transactions within the 1-hour window.

  • Credit Card Orders: We are unable to accept cancellations for credit card payments once processed.


4. How to Return an Item

Returning an item is easy! Simply follow these steps:

  1. Request a Return:
    Send an email to hello@fonso-toronto.store with the following details:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • A brief description of the item you wish to return

    • Photos or videos (if the item is damaged or defective)

  2. Return Approval:
    Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return the item to us.


5. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items.

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  • Proof of Shipment: Be sure to keep your tracking number and proof of shipment, and share it with us once your return is on its way back.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

We make every effort to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Submit proof of damage with clear photos or videos.

  • We’ll offer a replacement free of charge or assist with the next steps for a refund, depending on the situation.


7. Refund Process

Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 2–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Only items that are non-final sale and meet our return conditions will be refunded.


8. Additional Terms

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for returns or refunds due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

  • Return Authorization: Any items returned without prior approval or that don’t meet return conditions may not be refunded.

  • International Returns: In some cases, returns must be shipped to international warehouses depending on inventory location. We’ll provide you with clear instructions if this applies to your return.
